Mr. Moreno currently holds the position of Chief Digital Strategy Officer at Vocento since October 2008. Previously and since 2005, he has been the Marketing Director in the Diversification and Internationalization Area. As staff of Vocento CEO, he is responsible for the transverse functions related to the development of the Internet Area, as the Strategy, R&D and Marketing.

After the start of his career in the Telecommunications Division of SIEMENS, his career has always been linked to the Internet market as the Director of Carrier & IP Services at France Telecom (Global One), as the Head of WANADOO Project in Spain, as the Director of Strategic Marketing at France Telecom (Uni2) and the Director of Portal, Marketing & PR in LYCOS EUROPE.

He currently serves on the Board of the Association “Medios On” (Spanish Association of Online Media) and of the AIMC (Association for Media Research) and is a regular teacher at the Instituto de Empresa.
