Maxim Melnikov was appointed CEO of Media 3 in 2010. Prior to that, he held top management positions within the group. Before joining Media 3, Maxim Melnikov was in charge of Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Market projects, Strategy and business plan development at Sistema Telecom, Strategic Investment Group, OLMA Investment Bank.

Media 3 is the largest private Russian media holding established in 2007 and formed on the basis of media assets of the PromSvyazCapital Group. The holding operates within four segments of media market: publishing, printing, retail and digital.
