When are you going to publish a list of the registered delegates for PA2016?

We will publish a list of our registered delegates in the 4th week of February 2016. Please contact Nurul Fitriyana (nurul.fitriyana@wan-ifra.org), if you want to become a sponsor and would like to have a look at the list earlier.

What languages will be spoken at the Publish Asia?

The working language of Publish Asia is English.

How much does it cost and do you offer group rates?

How do I register?

You can either register online (HERE). For group pricing and group reservations, please contact Wilson Leong (wilson.leong@wan-ifra.org).

Will I receive a confirmation letter once I have finished registering?

Yes. A detailed confirmation letter and receipt will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as registration is completed and we have received your payment.

How do I pay?

Pay online per credit card. It is the fastest and most convenient payment method (no additional charge). We do accept payment via bank transfer but participant has to bear the bank charges.

How do I cancel my registration and get my money back? 

All cancellations, substitutions, and requests for refunds must be done in writing and e-mailed to wilson.leong@wan-ifra.org.

If the delegate cancels the registration up to 30 days prior to the event, the registration fee will be reimbursed, minus a 10% non-refundable handling fee. Up to 14 days before the event, 50% of the amount will be reimbursed. In the last 14 days prior to the event, no reimbursement will be possible except in cases of illness (with production of a medical certificate) or Act of God (supported by verifiable documentation).

 

How do I get a Visa invitation letter?

Please write an e-mail to Wilson Leong (wilson.leong@wan-ifra.org). She will let you know what additional Visa information is required for sending you the letter.

Please note that visa invitation letters will not be sent until registration and payment are completed.

How can I get a copy of the presentation slides?

An email link will be send to all delegates after the conference to download the presentations.  Presentations slides are subject to speakers' approval for released.

Where do I pick up my badge when I arrive?

Badges can be picked up at the registration desk at the Manila Hotel level 1, Gallery.

The registration desk opens from Tuesday, 29 March 2016, 9:30 a.m.

Delegates are to present your business card upon collection of your badge at our registration desk. Please ensure registration fee has been paid before collection.
