Vidar Herre has been working at „Hordaland“ for 22 years. For many years he has been working there as photojournalist and newspaper designer. For his work at „Hordaland“ he has won several awards: One gold-, eight silver- and seven bronze-awards at the Norwegian Media Award, Newspaper of the Year 2007 (Norway), the Silver Umbrella for photography, ten  Awards of Excellence at the European Newspaper Awards in the last few years, and latest Europe`s local newspaper of the year.  His photographic works have also been exhibited at the Vossa Jazz-Festival, 400meterkunst and several other exibitions.
